At SteaPro, we recently had the pleasure of working on a custom overlay package for a streamer known as JoeJeep, or “JJ” for short. The project was all about creating a cohesive and minimalistic look that matched the unique logo provided by the client—a sleek symbol featuring black, silverish white, and blue tones.

Design Challenge: Matching the Logo
The key to this project was aligning the design of the overlays with JoeJeep’s logo. The logo itself is a symbol featuring a sophisticated blend of black, silverish white, and blue. Our task was to ensure that every element of the overlay package reflected these colors while maintaining a clean and minimalistic aesthetic.
Our Approach
- Color Consistency:
- We meticulously matched the color scheme of the logo across all overlays, ensuring that the black, silverish white, and blue tones were perfectly balanced.
- Minimalistic Design:
- The client requested a clean and minimalistic design. We achieved this by using simple, yet elegant layouts, avoiding clutter, and focusing on subtle animations and transitions.
- Cohesive Visuals:
- Every screen and overlay was designed to look cohesive, so that when viewers transition from the “Starting Soon” screen to the “Intermission” screen, for example, they experience a seamless visual journey.
- Custom Alerts:
- The three of Subscribe, Donate, Follow custom alerts were designed to pop out but still align with the overall minimalistic theme, incorporating subtle animations that catch the eye without overwhelming the viewer.
The result is a polished and professional overlay package that perfectly complements JoeJeep’s brand identity. The clean lines, balanced color palette, and minimalistic approach ensure that the overlays not only look great but also allow the content to shine without distraction.
